Yes, you can customise your Advertiser Discount and Service Fee per Advertiser Account through the Advertiser Account Settings.

Can I Manually Override the Total Price on a Media Plan?
Yes, there are two ways to adjust product prices on your media plan:
Make Product Free: Toggle the Make Product Free option ON when adding a product to your campaign. This will remove the product cost, including any additional audience targeting costs applied.
Manual Line Item Adjustment: Navigate to the “Summary” tab and use the Manual Line Item Adjustment feature to either add or reduce costs. For example, you can increase the price by adding +$1,000 or decrease it by entering -$1,000.

While you cannot automatically add surcharges based on industry, you can:
Apply a Platform Fee (set in Workspace Settings) to all campaign plans
Set a Service Fee (default in Workspace Settings with customisable rates per advertiser set in the specific Advertiser Account)
Create industry-specific products with unique pricing

What's the Difference Between Advertiser Discount and Campaign Spend Discount?
Campaign Spend Discount:
Applied based on total campaign spend
Set through discount brackets in Workspace Settings that apply progressively
Campaign spend unlocks a maximum available discount that can be applied via a slider or specific value entry
Advertiser Discount:
Custom discount value set on a percentage basis for individual Advertiser Accounts
Applied by selecting 'Net' pricing (representing the difference between 'Gross' and 'Net' pricing)
Where Does the Platform Fee Come From?
Where Does the Platform Fee Come From?
The Platform Fee is a customisable field available in Workspace Settings, allowing you to apply an additional charge to your client. Once this fee is set, it will automatically be applied to all campaign plans created using Campaign Builder within that specific workspace.
This feature is designed to give you flexibility in how you structure your billing or service costs. Importantly, the Platform Fee is optional — you’re not required to apply it, and it can be left blank if not needed.
Does the Campaign Total Price Include GST/VAT?
Does the Campaign Total Price Include GST/VAT?
No, the total campaign price does not include GST/VAT or other applicable taxes. These would need to be added separately during invoicing.
