The Brief Owner is the person responsible for managing a brief and receiving all related notifications. If ownership of a campaign changes - for example, if a team member moves on or a new person takes over - you can reassign the Brief Owner and update collaborators directly within the brief to ensure the right people stay across all activity.
Navigate to your Workspace
Your Workspace is the home base for all your activity on the Collab Platform. Start here to access your active briefs.
Click Brief Manager
This takes you to the full list of your active and past briefs.
Click View Brief to open the campaign details
Open the specific brief you need to update. The Brief Owner and Collaborator settings live within the brief itself, so you need to be inside the brief to make changes.
Click the Brief Owner dropdown
This displays the list of users in your organisation who can be assigned as the owner. Only one person can be the Brief Owner at a time.
Choose the new Brief Owner
Once selected, all future notifications and updates related to this brief - including brief updates and Noticeboard activity - will be sent to the newly assigned owner.
Click the Collaborator dropdown
Collaborators are team members who have visibility of the brief and receive updates, but are not the primary owner. Adding collaborators ensures the right people in your team are kept in the loop throughout the campaign.
Choose the collaborator/s for the brief
You can add multiple collaborators. Once saved, they will have access to the brief and will receive relevant notifications going forward.
