What Are Billing & Details?

Billing & Details refers to the information used to issue invoices and manage financial records for your campaign. This includes your billing organisation, billing address, purchase order (PO) (if required), and your billing contact details.

This information is used by the finance team to ensure invoices are raised correctly and sent to the right person.

What You’ll See in the Billing Details Section

Billing Organisation

The legal entity that will be invoiced (e.g. your company or agency name).

This must match what your finance team uses for invoicing.

Billing Address

The registered billing address that appears on all invoices.

This is used for compliance and financial record keeping.

Billing Order Number (PO Number)

A purchase order number or internal reference code, if your organisation requires one.

Billing Contact Details

The main person responsible for receiving or resolving invoice queries, including:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone number

This is who the finance team will contact directly if there are any questions about invoices or payments. If you are unsure what details to add, you should ask your accounts team.

Where to Find Billing Information

You can find your campaign’s billing information in the Billing Details section of your campaign.

Use this section to:

  • View the current billing organisation and address

  • Check the billing contact details

  • Confirm any order or PO numbers linked to the campaign

How to Update Billing Information

If any billing details change (e.g. billing contact, address, or order number), you can update them directly in the Billing Details section of the campaign.

When updating billing information:

  • Double check spelling of organisation names and addresses

  • Ensure the billing contact email is correct

  • Confirm any PO or reference numbers are correct

Changes made here will apply to future invoices linked to the campaign.
