What Are To-Do's & How They Are Created?
To-Dos are action items assigned throughout your campaign that highlight what requires your attention and help keep your campaign on track.
Each To-Do is linked to a specific step in the workflow, such as reviewing your campaign brief or approving content.
Due dates are automatically generated based on the campaign timelines set in the SLA Campaign Commitments section of your campaign form or your workspace settings. These timelines determine how much time is allocated for each step of the campaign but can also be adjusted if needed.
From your Advertiser Homepage, you’ll see your To-Do list under "Campaign Management".
If you’re managing multiple campaigns, all To-Do items will be collated here in one place.
2. Open an item from your To-Do list. Each item in your To-Do list shows an action that needs your attention.
For example, “You have a new content piece to review” means content for your campaign is ready for you to check.
3. Select the down arrow icon on the right to open the content and review, provide feedback or approve.
4. Once you’ve completed the required action, the To-Do will be marked as Completed in your To-Do list.

5. You can return to your To-Do list at any time by selecting Home, which will take you back to your homepage.
6. You can also manage your To-Do’s from the Campaign Overview page for that specific campaign.
Select the To-Do’s tab from the top menu. This section shows all actions related to that specific campaign.
7. To-Do due dates are automatically generated based on the timelines set for each stage of the campaign. If timelines need to be adjusted, they can be updated in the Campaign Form under SLA Campaign Commitments.

8. You can use this view to manage your workload and keep track of progress:
Expand a To-Do using the arrow to view more details and take action, such as reviewing content.
Use the filter (top right) to switch between All, Incomplete and Completed To-Dos.
View completed tasks and see other team members’ To-Dos for visibility across the campaign.
Check due dates and overdue status to help prioritise what needs action first.
