How To: Create A Private Offer Bundle

A step-by-step guide to creating a new product bundle in PubSuite, including selecting products, setting pricing, applying discounts, and finalising bundle details.


  1. To get started, navigate to your PubSuite Management Console https://avidpubsuite.com/console

2. If you have multiple titles, you can select the relevant Publisher Profile on the "My Publisher Profiles" tab, or click "Manage Publisher Profiles" to view the full list.

3. Select the relevant Partner Profile by clicking ">" on the "Action" column.

4. Select "Actions" option on the top right-hand side for the screen, Click "Manage Products".

5. Click the "Bundles" tab.

6. Click "+ Create New Bundle".

7. Insert the Bundle Name on the text fields.

8. Toggle "Published Status" to ON activate the Bundle.

9. Add details on "Description" field (Optional).

10. Click "Next"


​11. Click "Add Product to Bundle"

12. Select the Products from the dropdown menu. These are preloaded based on Products that are available in your Profile. Once you've made your selection, click "Save" to add them to your bundle.

13. You can change the quantity of the Product by clicking the arrow up or down, or by changing the number.

14. Click "Next"

15. Apply a Discount Percentage (if applicable). This will apply to the total cost of the Bundle.


​16. Click "Next"

17. Tick the "This is a Private Offer Bundle Only" check box, if applicable.

18. Add extra notes if you wish (Optional).

19. Set an expiry date for the Bundle (Optional). This is particularly useful for time-limited promotions or seasonal campaigns.

20. Click "Save Changes" and you've successfully created a Private Bundle.
