Learn how to assign Advertiser Sub-Roles on campaign manager
Navigate to your Workspace
Click Campaign Manager
Select a campaign from the list
Click Edit Campaign
Click Add Resources
Click the drop down under action
Select necessary permission for the user:
Viewer - Can view campaign details, performance, and approvals, but cannot make changes or approve campaigns
Optional Approver - Can review and approve campaigns if needed, but their approval is not mandatory for the campaign to proceed
Required Approver - Must approve the campaign before it can move to the next stage or go live
Final Approver - Has the last authority in the approval workflow. Once they approve, the campaign is fully approved and ready for activation/publishing
