A simple step-by-step walkthrough to help you add performance benchmarks while creating a new product, ensuring expected performance indicators are captured clearly for internal and client visibility.
Navigate to your Management Console
Click Manage on the relevant Profile
Click the dropdown arrow on your top right-hand corner
Click Manage Products
Click Create New Product
Enter Product Name
Select the relevant Pricing Model out of the three options
Click Next
Complete all required fields on the following tabs:
Primary Content
Supplementary Content
Details
Enter Guaranteed and Expected Deliverables
Click Choose Performance Benchmarks
Click Select to choose a Performance Benchmark most relevant to your Product
You can select multiple Performance Benchmark Category (Optional)
Click Update
Enter a rate or value for the selected Performance Benchmarks
Click Next
Enter Pricing Details and click Save Changes
